Rainmeter with the Omnimo 4.1 Skin, heavily tweaked though as I wanted a simplistic look rather than the tiled clutter than comes with Omnimo. I chose to leave the Windows Taskbar there just because I'm so used to it and use it a lot, I do auto hide it though :)
