Taking a closer look
The subject represents curiosity and innocence. The subject was extremely curious to see what the object I had in my hand was (the camera). She kept sniffing the camera trying to figure out what it was. This image was taken to show how curiosity and innocence is an important characteristic and that one must explore the world and objects in it to full enjoy life. I had never seen anything like this before but I though it was a perfect way to capture this emotion. Dogs and humans included, are creatures who enjoy exploring the world around them with a sub-consious voice as their guide. The subject is in focus and light from the window highlights her eyes and face. There is little negative space therefore the object is closer to the lense. The image was taken straight on.
