Burrell Collection
Heads: left is a "Head of a Girl" in marble (400-300 BC) made in Greece and to the right is a "Head of a Girl" in terracotta (300-200 BC) found in Italy.
Both objects were seen in the Burrell Collection, located in Pollok Park, Glasgow, Scotland, 2025.
The Burrell Collection was originally opened in 1983. It re-opened in 2022 after a five year long major refurbishment and upgrade. It houses the collection of art and objects gathered together by Sir William Burrell and his wife over a seventy five year period.
