The building shown in the background is a restored William Adam hunting lodge within what is now Chatelherault Country Estate, to be found at Ferniegair, West of Scotland, UK.
Chatelherault Hunting Lodge was built in 1734 for the 5th Duke of Hamilton. The palace it was associated with was subsequently demolished. The buildings shown accommodated a stable and kennels. They were largely meant to be seen from the main palace as a "folly".
The lodge was restored by Historic Scotland between 1978 and 1987.
