RS 3-0274

Rancho Seco Nuclear Power plant. Located off HWY 104 outside Sacramento. SMUD purchased land and began construction of the plant 1966-1969. By 1984 Rancho Seco is on the NRC's list of the ten worst nuclear plants. Measure K Passed on June 6, 1989, shutting down Rancho Seco for good.
