Sanguisorba canadensis (Canadian burnet)

Continuation of my day trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina to photograph wildflowers. I spent two additional days up there with a friend from Connecticut, Sam Saulys. She is a friend and photographer whom I met at a Native Orchid Conference many years ago.
