Garlic Scapes

They're essentially the stalk of hardneck garlic. If you're a garlic fan, look out for these! I just made a pesto out of them with some cashews and Asiago cheese. Garlictastic!

 

E says it's too garlicky for him. Oh well, vampires will get him, and more garlic for me!
