Tutoring - Colouring Style
My Friday tutoring student (I know, Friday!) has an assignment to make a menu in French for a restaurant. She also has several processing disorders and the French was totally beyond her.
We colour-coded her menu so that she knows to look on the back to find the English. Orange dots beside the French and English "poulet" and "chicken" mean she can present the menu to her classmates with confidence, and start learning the worlds in her own way.
