tried to write something last night but i was in a rush. this shot reminds me of several years ago when i found a similar shell on the road next to the beach pictured. i had no idea why it was so heavy (not the sharpest knife, at times), brought it back to the room, and put it on the night stand. i was in one of those pre-dinner, too-much-sun comas when i first realized the shell was walking toward me.
