Alvar Aalto (1898-1976)

Aalto is undoubtely one of the greatest names in modern architecture and design. He thought that a design obeject must complement everything in our lives and homes, survive daily wear and tear as well as trends, across cultures and generations. Above all, he belived that design must us feel at home being human.
