Hard at Work

We don't really have gardens. That implies a good deal more order than our flowerbeds have. My wife and I have a habit of going to a nursery, finding something that gets our attention, and coming home looking for a place to plant it. What we have is slightly chaotic. Well, more than slightly in places. We have one bed that originally had a couple coneflowers in it. It now has over a dozen, since they are both perennial and seed like crazy, and each plant has many blooms on it. They are visited all afternoon by bumblebees and these little guys. I'm not sure what they are, but they are quite ambitious. This one is a particular hard worker; I was able to get a quick shot off before he was on to the next flower.
