Our Spring gardens, rather chaotic affairs, still yield some real treats. This trillium is one I love to see every year. This image, like most close up and macro shots I make, is comprised of several images taken at different focal planes and combined in Helicon Focus in a process called depth of field stacking where the sharp portions of each image are combined to make one image. This is not macro, but is pretty close.
