Red quartzite outcropping

Petroglyph site near Jeffers, Minnesota. The rock crops up at an angle and is somewhat covered with lichens, but many petroglyphs are visible, as well as striations from glaciers. The boxes visible on the rock are interpretive displays for the petroglyphs.
