Water your Flowers
Okay maybe not this much. When I saw these I like the flowers but didn't want the standard pot or vase or acrylic reflected bottom. So I used water. BUT water is actually boring unless it is moving (or has a pumpkin being thrown into it - see previous shot) I used water. To give the water some interest I agitated it and used a studio light with an amber filter to shine through the water. I used an off camera SB600 to expose the flowers. 1/60 sec, f4.5, ISO 200. The on camera flash was blocked from contributing to direct exposure but was reduced in power and used to trigger off camera SB600 and studio light. The water idea originated from a UTUBE video
