Tip: Scarborough Village

In Scarborough Village there appears to be a trail in Sylvan park. The map doesn't show altitude, and so it's unclear that this would actually involve biking up a small mountain on a steep dirt trail. Don't go into Sylvan Park, but follow the far more gentle trail to Hill Crescent.
