My Daughter has been cooking again - Tuesday evening 20th-January-2026.

For Her Family feast this evening , it was an oven cooked Pork Chop . Served with Roast and Mashed Potatoes , Peas , Roasted Parsnips , Broccoli, and a Yorkshire Pudding , and Gravy .
