Bangers !

After the Kippers I had for Breakfast , my next meal on Saturday 01st-October-2022 , was my evening meal .

 

Two "Traditional Pork Sausages" made locally in Bishop's Stortford by the staff in our last remaining Artizan Butchers Shop .

Serving them with a Cauliflower Cheese , Celery , Beetroot and Fried Onions . I forgot to make the thick gravy , I usually serve with Sausages and onions
