Baked Bacalhao, Madeira

This too was a special, advertised as cod baked with tomatoes and onions.

 

Turns out it was salt cod and somehow it was WAY too salty, which is not the way the salt cod is normally at Madeira.

 

For the first and hopefully last time at Madeira, I enjoyed my sides more than the central attraction!
