Hardy Boys at 4353 Wisteria Lane
A constant in every Sims game, I always construct the Hardy (as in, Boys) family and a house for them. Before Susan of Desperate Housewives took over their home, this yellow house belonged to Parker Stevenson and Sean Cassidy. Exterior can be used for either - The inside is entirely made up. I hate the layout of Susan's house and I have never had enough screencaps to figure out a Hardy Boys version, so I have always just worked out a floor plan that made sense to me. It's different every game - This is by far my favorite version. It’s built for the Hardy family, not Susan, so you will see evidence of that. Teen spaces and a secret room over the garage for Fenton to do his detective stuff.
NOTE: My pics are mostly of my cc version, but the gallery upload is stripped free of that. Mostly the difference you will see is in the wall coverings and a few bits of clutter here and there. There is no yellow paneling in the game so you will have to download something if you want it to look like the house from the shows.
