Spirit Island # 2
* Its my last post of 2023 so an opportunity to thank those of you that have followed my erratic stream during this past year your comments are greatly appreciated
One of the highlights of my trip to Canada in 2019 was a boat trip along Maligne Lake, my word what a beautiful place this is. As ever in Canada the skies were cloudy and grey but this seemed to make the lakes colour glow all the more . The colour of the water also deepened as you moved down the lake . The tiny island is called Spirit Island and it has special significance to the first nation people of the area .
