Male Bullfinch
** I prefer not to have parts of the bird feeder in a shot but in this case I happily make an exception. Back in the summer of 2018 a pair of bullfinches established themselves in our garden for about two weeks . We have lived in this house 30 years and it's the only time they have appeared. I have only seen a bullfinch in the countryside a couple of times and at a distance. This shot was taken through a glass window and at a pretty high ISO
This is the male with his fancy colouring
THANKS FOR YOUR VISITING BUT CAN I ASK YOU NOT TO FAVE AN IMAGE WITHOUT ALSO MAKING A COMMENT. MANY THANKS KEITH. ANYONE MAKING MULTIPLE FAVES WITHOUT COMMENTS WILL SIMPLY BE BLOCKED
