In scale

I am sure this formation in Monument Valley has a name sadly I do not know it. The huge overhang of rock created a natural amphitheatre, which we were informed, was used for sacred ceremonies. We had a Navaho guide and he took right up to the back wall and sang a Navaho song the sound it made echoing round the walls was spine tingling. The sun was going down and we were stood amidst these ancient stones much older than Stonehenge. Unforgettable..
