Ostrov Kotlin Floodgate Outer North Breakwater Lighthouse.

This is one of four modern lighthouses marking the channel on Kotlin Island through the flood control system for St. Petersburg.

The round cylindrical tower is 33 feet high, painted red with a white stripe. The light signal is two red flashes every 5 seconds.
