190/366 Torch Bearer
I had a lovely afternoon in St Albans today waiting with the crowds to wave through the Olympic torch. Everyone was in a fantastic mood and the weather was really good to us - actually very hot! I have put all the images into the public domain but I am choosing this image for pic of the day. I think this is Kate Thomas from St Albans. She just looked so happy carrying the torch - was kind enough to walk through for us so lots of opportunity to capture her happy, smiling face. It was a great afternoon, really pleased I took myself off to see the event, defo worth it.
