A collage of improvement

This is my fix-up of my kitchen. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a pic of the cupboard which was there from the start, but you can see the size of it from the area I had to replaster and paint over.

 

Also cool - the raw plaster took on the colour much better than the painted wall (See top right) but it all evened out in the end.

 

Mom insisted on the type of fan (and she was right. Darned mothers being right so often) but the colour and shelves were all me.
