this is a homeless person, he/she was washing his/her clothes using the water of the near fire hydrant he/she could have had, though that is ilegal,,,,it was funny and sad

funny because i haven´t seen something like this since a long time and sad because people doesn´t have a place where to live

esta es una persona sin hogar, estaba lavando su ropa con agua de un grifo aunque hacerlo es ilegal fue divertido y triste... divertido porque hace tiempo que no veía algo así y triste porque la persona no tiene donde vivir
