February baby sweater
My one and only FIRST KNITTED PIECE! woot me.
The tips of my index & thumb fingers on both hands are numb from knitting - is that normal?
Looking at this shape, either my tension increased on the lower portion of the sweater or I shouldn't have done the last shaping 10% decrease that EZ lists in her direction, right before the bottom band begins... (I really need to work with less tension. My hands hurt a little, at least not as badly as when I crochet...)
I made so many mistakes and they all seemed to happen on the front side. I swear, the inside looks so much better! LOL! Will blocking do anything to help the outside?
The sweater is tiny! 7-inches across measured under the armpits. Its still dollsized, maybe an American girl doll? LOL.
