Pineapple Sundae

I love pineapple Upside Down Cake ...and had some leftover pineapple slices in the fridge ...so I sautéed them in a pan with a little butter and brown sugar ...added the leftover pineapple juice ... and a pinch of cornstarch and simmered it till golden brown and the sauce thickened ....Put the slices in a dish... topped it with scoop of Ice Cream ...some whipped cream and a cherry ...and Voila !...Mmm mmm good !
