Pourable Sourdough Flatbread

I tried something new

I had leftover sourdough. starter ..I added some flour ,Italian herbs, olive oil , garlic, salt and water ...and let it double in bulk ...and then poured it into 2 Parchment lined Pizza Pans and let it rise again ..And then baked it until set before putting on the sauce and other toppings.. I made 2 ...This one I brushed with Garlic Olive Oil and Mustard and then sprinkled it with Parsley, Paprika and low fat cheeses before baking until golden brown around the edges ..
