Blue-winged Grasshopper (Tropidacris collaris)

These are little nymphs of Tropidacris collaris. They will reach a large size in adult form.

 

Tropidacris is a Neotropical genus of grasshopper in the family Romaleidae. They are common to find throughout their range, and are among the largest grasshoppers in the world, reaching up to 14.5 cm and 24 cm by length and wingspan respectively.
