2023-1219Wind-Storm0003
Parsonsfield, Maine.
Sunday and Monday we had a wind / heavy rain storm that took our power, cable and landline phone service out.
We lost power at around 9:40 A.M. Sunday and only had it restored this Wednesday evening at 6;40 P. M..
Many trees came down blocking roads and tearing down lines, snapping utility poles creating havoc for over 200.00 Maine residents.
As of this posting there are still 6700 + people without power over rural areas of Maine and crews are trying their best to get power restored.
At least it wasn't an ice storm or blizzard, in fact the day time temperature Sunday and Monday hit nearly 60 degrees here.
