Indian web developer Gopal Raju did a review on websites featuring paperclips, among wich was ours. I can't deny the fact that many websites use paperclips (as well as many other aspects of a real life desk) as visual elements, so indeed it can be called a trend. We've also added a way to remove these things if you don't like them. Just click on them ;)
