Another excellent cocktail from the Absinthe Bar book (The Art of the Bar - highly recommended). Rum based, with orange and orange bitters. Serving recommendation was with a sugar rim, so we decided to do that this time, and it was both tasty and pretty, prompting this picture.
Strobist info: 430EX and LP120 both bare zoomed to 50mm bounced off the back white board; I'm very much a fan of the backlighting for drinks shots.
