Alexandrite crystal (daylight)

Alexandrite is the only know mineral that changes color based on the type of light it's in. In sunlight this mineral is reddish/orange and at night it turns green.

An extreemly rare and valuable mineral that is very hard to come by. This piece was mined in Minas Gerais Brazil.
