Fountain of Trajan, Ephesus

This are the reconstructed remains of the Fountain of Trajan in the ruined ancient city of Ephesus, near Selçuk in modern day Turkey.

It was originally built in AD104 in honour of the Roman Emperor Trajan and would have been decorated with statues, including one of Trajan himself in the central niche overlooking the pool.
