Loughborough Estate evolution

Loughborough Estate in Brixton was built in two phases. The first phase was immediately after the Second World War and consists of brick blocks, such as Hopton House glimpsed here on the left. The second phase was built between 1954-57 and consists of modernist concrete blocks such as Nevil and Secker Houses seen here in the background.
