Arab Room, Cardiff Castle

Part of the late 19th century gothic revival renovations undertaken for the 3rd Marquess of Bute by architect William Burges. The Arab Room was completed in 1881 and is decorated in the Moorish style, with a gilded ceiling reminiscent of the Alhambra in Granada.
