this is not where the magic happens

What a cool blue light I thought - contrasts nicely with the warmer daylight on the bricks behind. However the blue light is presumably not there for my photographic benefit, but rather to render veins invisible for would-be drug users who might otherwise take advantage of this secluded passageway.
