beach huts in the city?

What looks like a yellow garden shed, or beach huts, is actually on the roof of Featherfew Court, a newly built apartment block at the junction of Homerton High Street and Shepherd's Lane in Homerton, Hackney.

 

Presumably it covers something like lift gear or air conditioning vents.
