17th century tomb in Romsey Abbey

This tomb, of John St Barbe and his wife Grissell, is set into the wall of the south transept of Romsey Abbey in Hampshire, England.

 

It is dated 1658.

 

Beneath the main part of the tomb seen here is a set of four kneeling figures, representing the couple's four grieving sons.
