summerhouse at The Vyne

The Vyne is a Tudor country house in Hampshire, England, now owned by the National Trust.

Its summerhouse was commissioned in the early 1630s and was once part of a formal garden scheme. It would have been used as a place for dining or relaxation. From the mid 1800s it was used as a dovecote.
