Odd the Bear

Odd the Bear is one of the two main characters in the 'Odd and Elsewhere' series of children's books by James Roose-Evans.

 

This picture shows a real teddy bear dressed as Odd in a display case in Fenton House, a National Trust property in Hampstead, London. The main characters in the Odd & Elsewhere books live in Fenton House.

 

(The other main character is Elsewhere the Clown, whose foot can just be seen at the bottom right of this picture.)
