Snowshill Manor weathervane

This unusual weathervane, resembling an armillary sphere, sits atop a column at the centre of one of the 'garden rooms' at Snowshill Manor, a National Trust house in Gloucestershire, Cotswolds, England.

 

White doves gathered around the base have come from the nearby dovecot.
