16th century German brass globe

A tabletop terrestrial globe made by Johann Reinhold in Augsburg, Germany, in 1588. 10cm in diameter. The mermaid (or merman?) at the top is carrying both the sun and the moon. The globe is on display in the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich.
