SLSF 261 Wichita, KS May 29, 1980

SLSF 261, an NW2 works the south end of the Frisco yard in Wichita. The crew has probably just put on the finishing touches building the train which ran from Wichita to Neodesha. This was usually a night operation. The Frisco continued north out of Wichita and went as far as Ellsworth, providing service on a once a week basis by this time.
