Rachel's Morning Regimen

Rachel: I'm up at 6am everyday. I have my protein shake with banana and flaxseed oil. And by 6:10, I'm on the elliptical. You know how I motivate myself? Not with anything artificial. I set a goal, and I won't stop until I reach it.
