Good news about the camera. My insurance will be paying out but they wanted me to pay the difference of £130 between their supplier and what I paid for mine. Then they suggested I could buy it and they would send me a cheque once I had provided proof of purchase, but I can't do that either as totally skint. The last option that I have suggested is that I provide proof of supplier and they send me a cheque. Hopefully they will agree with this but I think it will take a couple more weeks as I need to clear the cheque and then transfer to PayPal as buying off ebay.
I am now pulling out what hair I have...
Doing long exposure and Photoshop tuition around the Edinburgh area if anyone is interested please PM me.
Also will be selling my water damaged Canon 7d. I believe it is the microprocessor that has blown as it functions apart from live view and the image doesn't process but everything else is fine. So if anyone wants to take this on or wants spares please let me know before I put it on ebay.
