OK had to visit this location again as there are a lot of nice rock formations here.
I found out that the blocks are for mooring some big ships that come to the power station.
100 seconds at F12 using ten stop filter and Lee ND9 grad.
The spray and swell made for hard conditions. Looking at the block that is about 25 feet high and you can see the variation in water level of about 8 to 10 feet swell.
Thanks for getting the previous 2 in the series into Explore. The breakwater one has had over 5000 views but not sure how with not many comments so not sure if it has been linked to elsewhere???
I'll be coming back here again for a sunrise as should be perfect at this time of year.
Managed to get into Picnik and added frame and tweaked saturation so replaced original
