Flower picture taken in Ruidoso, New Mexico while working on disaster relief following the Little Bear fire. The fire consumed 44,000 acres and destroyed 259 homes. I'm working with a Southern Baptist Disaster Relief team from Oklahoma. We are clearing the burned remains of homes to help uninsured and underinsured home owners in their start to rebuild following the fire.
My wild flower shots are not from the fire area but from the area outside the high school where the various teams are staying (in their gym).
