2017 - Disaster Relief - Hurricane Harvey - Mud-out
The Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma has committed to sending "mud-out" teams to Texas for an extended period of time to assist in the remediation effort following Hurricane Harvey. These image show the efforts of one of these teams, working out of Spring, Texas in late September, 2017.
Our Oklahoma Team was assisted by Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers from Kansas and Texas. Also working with us were volunteers from Ohio, Arlington, Texas (City on the Hill Church) and a team from Amgen Biotechnology. Working in the same area and included in these photographs was a team from Heikkinen Energy Advisors.
